Depending on your destination port, Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd will provide additional needed documentation. It is your responsibility to pay necessary charges for these additional documents. Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd will automatically add these fees to your account. Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd will also honor requests for any other documents that may be necessary.
Please check the import restrictions in force at your destination, Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible for any vehicle imported by us which cannot enter or comply in your country, port or destination.
Some countries in African continent such as Mozambique ( Intertek Inspection) , Kenya ( Jevic Inspection for Kenya) , Tanzania ( Tanzania Bureau Services Inspection or TBS) and Zambia ( Jevic Inspection for Zambia) require vehicle inspection, Please notify Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd if you require inspection to be done and/or vehicle will be used, registered or sold in the countries mention. Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd, provides full guarantee that these inspections will be carried out. For Mozambique inspection, we will require MOZ number, providing MOZ number is customer’s responsibility.
Any change in pre setted or booked Shipping schedules, Rates Changes, Dates, Vessel Changes and Packing sequence which is not a normal practice of shipper, is not responsibility of Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd, however Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd, tries level best to get confirm dates and rates for the customer. Shipping lines and agents reserve the right to change them without notice. Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible for such issues.
